基于SF-36量表对某煤业集团矿工生命质量的测评研究

目的了解某煤业集团矿工的生命质量状况及其影响因素。方法用中文版简明健康调查量表（SF-36）以自填式问卷调查形式，对某煤业集团584名男性职工进行调查，并对结果进行信度、效度和反应度分析。结果通过SF-36单项得分与几项基本资料相关性的比较分析，可以看出SF-36各项得分与年龄、工龄和受伤次数基本呈现负相关，这说明工人年龄越大，工龄越长，受伤次数越多，得分就越低，生命质量就越差。所以，更需要关注年龄大、工龄长的工人的生命质量状况。结论SF-36用于煤业集团矿工生命质量具有较好的信度、效度和反应度，且操作简单，具有很高的应用价值和推广意义。

Evaluation of SF-36 Questionnaire with the Miner's Quality of Life in a Coal Mine Enterprise

Objective To know the miners＇ life quality status in a coal mine enterprise and the influence factors. Methods We analyze the reliability, validity and responsiveness of the SF-36 in 584 total male min- ers in a coal mine enterprise by using the concise Chinese health survey scale （SF-36） by self-administered questionnaire form. Results According to the comparative analysis between SF-36 individual scores and sever- al basic data correlation, there is a negative correlation between SF - 36 points and the age, seniority and the number of injures, which shows that the workers will get lower scores when they are older, senior and more injured, while their life quality is poorer. So, more attention should be paid to the life quality status of the older and senior miners. Conclusion There is acceptable reliability, validity and responsiveness of SF-36 in miners of coal mine enterprise, and SF-36 is convenient with its high application value and significant meaning of extension.
