| 摘 要： | 该研究在大样本调查的基础上，对我国公务员和企业员工的工作生活压力状况作了较为细致的比较分析。作详细分析了我国公务员队伍和企业员工的工作生活压力源的因素结构和两个群体间的在工作生活压力上的差异，并得出了一些有意义的结论。
