摘    要:首先采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)探究9个岗位18名农民工的就业胜任特征,然后根据获取的18项胜任特征编制《农民工就业通用胜任力调查问卷》,最后对130名农民工实施问卷调查,并对回收的120份合格问卷进行农民工就业通用胜任力模型的探索性因素分析(EFA)和信、效度检验。研究结果表明,农民工就业通用胜任力模型包括6个因素、18项胜任特征,该模型的信度系数为0.94,对农民工就业胜任力的累计方差解释率达到75.16%,其中,沟通能力和职业技能是预测农民工就业胜任力的最主要因素。

Abstract:Firstly Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) was conducted to investigate 18 farmer workers from 9 vocations, and based on the competency, of those workers then farmer the questionnaire was compiled about general competency for farmer workers' employment. Finally 130 farmer workers were investigated by the questionnaire and Exploration Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted to test the model's reliability anti validity through the 120 recycled valid questionnaires, result shows the model' s coefficient is 0. 94, including 6 factors with the competency of 18 items, the variation explanation for migrant employment competency can reach 75.16% , in which ability of communication and technique of job are the most effective factors to predict farmer workers' employment competency.
