| 摘 要： | 采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪等分析手段,对空调系统中先导阀在水面下通以420 MPa压缩空气进行常规检验时发生漏气的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在对先导阀进行自动氩弧焊过程中,由于没有严格控制焊接工艺中的某些参数,导致先导阀焊接区局部温度过高,产生元素成分偏析,同时晶界强度降低,最终在焊接热应力作用下形成沿晶界扩展的焊接热裂纹,从而形成了由内向外的空气通道,使先导阀在水面下进行高压空气检验时出现漏气现象。
