氨水槽泄漏原因分析

摘    要:通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验等手段对氨水槽泄漏的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在较高焊接应力和氨水的共同作用下产生应力腐蚀是造成氨水槽泄漏的主要原因。

Abstract:The leakage reason of ammonia tank was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and so on.The results showed that the joint action of welding stress and ammonia was the main factor which induced the cracking of ammonia tank.
