摘    要:采用一种新的端淬方法,研究了球墨铸铁的淬透性能。试验结果表明.该方法可有效地测定合金球铁的淬透性;合金成分不同其淬透性也不同;从淬火端其组织变化依次为马氏体和贝氏体(加铁素体)、贝氏体(加铁素体)、贝氏体和珠光体(加铁素体)、珠光体(加铁素体)。

Abstract:A new way of directional cooling quenching has been used to study hardenability of alloy ductile iron. The result shows that this way may be used to measure quenching degree of alloy ductile iron efficiently. The transform of microstructure from hardened side is martensite, bainite (and ferrite) matrix, bainite (and ferrite) matrix, bainite, perlite (and ferrite) matrix, perlite (and ferrite) matrix in sequence when directional cooling quenching has been done through a special quenching liquid. Different composition causes different quenching degree.
