GH864合金在超温条件下碳化物含量与持久强度的关系

摘    要:采用物理化学相分析、X射线衍射、金相检验和持久试验等分析方法研究了烟汽轮机叶片合金(GH864)在不同超温试验条件下显微组织中的碳化物含量与持久强度的关系。结果表明:随着GH864合金中碳化物含量的增加,尤其是M23C6量的增多,其持久强度下降,从而缩短了其剩余寿命。

Abstract:Relationship between the carbide content in microstructure and the creep rupture strength of GH864 alloy was studied under different overheated condition by using physical and chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction,metallographic examination and creep rupture strength test.The result showed that with the carbide content increase,especially with M23C6 content increase,the creep rupture strength and remaining life of GH864 alloy decreased.
