船用6L反转凸轮轴断裂分析

摘    要:通过对断裂的船用6L反转凸轮轴的金相组织分析,认为原材料存在的组织缺陷和调质处理不完善及淬火加热温度偏高是产生断裂的主要原因。通过对热处理加热感应器的优化设计,控制零件中频加热温度,抑制了零件开裂倾向。

Abstract:Fracture analysis of camshaft of 6L diesel engine was made in this paper. The result showed that raw material had structural defects, unperfect quenching and tempering and improper high quenching temperature were the reason to cause fracture. It is introduced in this paper, by the innovative design of induction coil, the quenching temperatuse has been controlled and the quality has been improved.
