主减速器前撑杆断裂分析

摘    要:某主减速器前撑杆在疲劳性能试验中提前发生断裂,通过断口分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试和金相检验对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:前撑杆在焊缝处断裂是由于焊接工艺控制不当,造成焊缝成型不良和气孔缺陷是引起断裂的主要原因。另外,局部严重过热导致源区处晶粒粗大也是引起疲劳强度下降的主要原因。

Abstract:The front supporting rod of the main reductor was fractured during fatigue test.The fracture reason was analyzed by means of fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing and metallographic examination.The results showed that unsatisfactory weld figuration and stomata defect induced by the improper control of welding process were the main reason,also the part severe overheat and grain coarsening were caused at the local weld,which decreased the fatigue strength of the local weld.
