摘    要:采用X射线衍射法测试了小曲率齿根表面的切向残余应力,研究了通过限制X射线照射宽度降低曲面衍射效应的方法。结果表明:当照射宽度小于1/3齿根曲率半径时,可忽略曲面衍射效应的不利影响,确保X射线应力测试结果的可靠性。

Abstract:X ray stress analysis method was used to measure the tangential residual stress of small curvature gear root surface, and the X-ray irradiation width was confined to overcome the curve diffraction effect. The results show that when the irradiation width was less than one third of the curve radius, the curve diffraction effect could be ignored and the residual stress measurement results are reliable.
