维氏硬度曲面修正系数的计算机拟合

摘    要:根据GB/T 4340.1-1999所附的各类曲面维氏硬度修正系数表,基于多项式拟合技术,给出了曲面维氏硬度修正系数关于压痕对角线长度与曲面直径比值的解析函数表达式,并对维氏硬度值的修约规律进行了总结。

Abstract:According to the tables of correction factors listed in national standard GB/T 4340.1-1999 for use in Vickers hardness test made on curved surfaces, analytical functions of correction factors against the ratio variation of the mean diagonal of the indentation to the diameter of curved surface were deduced based on the technique of computational polynominal fitting. Then the rule of rounding off of numberical values for vickers hardness was also discussed in the present paper.
