摘    要:采用金相、硬度、能谱、化学分析等手段,对某批0Cr12Mn5 Ni4Mo3Al钢制波浪圈弹性不合格原因进行了分析。结果表明:在波浪圈原材料生产过程中,钢带两侧表面都形成了一层厚约20μm的"变质层","变质层"是由于外来的活性氮原子与钢中的铝发生反应生成了稳定的AlN相化合物,而成型后零件的最终热处理无法对该"变质层"形成强化,最终导致波浪圈弹性不合格。

Abstract:Through physical and chemical inspection, the causation of low elastane of wave hoop was analyzed. The result show that during the producting of raw material, there generated a depth of 20 um 'metamorphic zone' on the surface of the steel belt. Formation of this layer of 'metamorphic zone' was because external reactive nitrogen atoms reacted with aluminum of the steel and produced stable A1N compound. This layer of 'metamorphic zone' could not be strengthened by the final heat treatment after formation of the wave hoop, so elastane of it was lowered.
