| 摘 要： | 通过计算机采集光学显微图片,以Image-ProPlus和Photoshop两种图像分析软件实现了微泡的浓度及尺寸分析进行定性测定。结果表明,本文采用的方法快速、简便、重现性良好,可作为超声造影剂微泡的定性测定。

| Abstract: | The size distribution and concentration of microbubble ultrasound contrast agents were measured through collecting microscopic pictures and dealing with Image-Pro Plus and Photoshop. The results showed that the process was fast and can be easily established and well reconstructed. It can be used as a good method to characterize microbubble ultrasound coutrast agents. |
