乙酸乙酯加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的多环芳烃

摘    要:本文建立了以乙酸乙酯为萃取剂的简便、有效的加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱荧光(ASE-HPLC-FLD)测定土壤样品中15种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。取样量为5g,荧光检测方法检出限为0.03μg/kg~0.4μg/kg,加标回收率在68.1%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差为2%~10%(n=5)。

Abstract:A simple and effective method, the accelerated Solvent Extraction with Ethyl Acetate as Extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography -programed fluorescence detection (ASE-HPLC-FLD),has been developed for the extraction and determination of 15 po|ynuelear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil. The detection limits of FLD was from 0.03 μg/kg × 0.4μg/kg.The matrix spike recovery ranged from 68.1% to 110.0%. The relative standard deviations of standard addition ranged from 2% to 10% ( n= 5 ).
