| 摘 要： | 建立了阿维菌素在土壤中的残留分析方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂,经N-甲基咪唑和三氟乙酸酐衍生化后,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器在激发波长为365nm、发射波长为470nm处测定。方法添加回收率为89.98~93.20%,变异系数为2.45~7.98%,检测限为0.0004mg/kg。

| Abstract: | A method was developed to determine residue of avermectin in soil .The soil samples were extracted by acetonitrile.After derivatization with N-methylimidazole and trifluoroacetic anhydride, avermectins were determined by HPLC with fluoresoence detector(λex=365nm,λem=470nm).The average recovery of avermectin was in the range of 89.98～93.20, the coefficient of variation was in the range of 2.45～7.98 and the limit of detection was 0.0004mg/kg. |
