| 摘 要： | 本文使用ED-XRF荧光能谱仪,利用金原子在X射线激发下所发射的L_β线和L_α线的强度比值来识别样品是镀金的还是K金。同时,利用这个比值的大小来测定镀金层的厚度。可测镀金层厚度0～5μm。最大相对标准偏差15％。

| Abstract: | The I_(Lβ)/I_(Lα), intensity ratio method of ED-XRF is applied to distinguish the plated gold from the karat gold and to determine the thickness of the gold coating. The Interfere of Zn was eliminated. The measuring range is between 0～5μm. The maximum RSD is 15%. |
