连续浸提法结合ICP-OES分析藻类中铝形态

摘    要:用连续提取法研究福建食用藻类中铝形态分布情况,对提取条件进行了初步研究,用ICP—OES发射光谱法测定藻类总铝及各形态铝的含量。结果显示:藻类中铝主要以有机铝形态存在,藻类中稳定态有机铝占总铝73%~84%。

Abstract:Objective :The sequential extraction method was used to study aluminum speciation and their distribution of algae samples of Fujian.The extraction conditions were studied and the content of total aluminum and their species were deter- mined by ICP-OES method.The results indicates: The major aluminum species of algae is the organic aluminum, the distri- bution percentage of Non-labile organic aluminium is 73% ~ 84%.
