紫外分光光度法对饮食业油烟雾测定的探讨

摘    要:紫外分光光度法长期应用于水中石油及其产品的测定。试验表明:该法亦可应用饮食行业烟雾排放的测定。采集的油烟雾、经四氯化碳溶出后,该溶液在紫外区有特征吸收,主要吸收波长为256nm~259nm,本方法具有线性好及操作简单等特点。

Abstract:The UV-Spectrophotometry method has been used for the determination of petroleum and its products in water for a long time. The experement shows that this method also can be used for the determination of cooking oil fume. After dissolved the colletion cooking oil fume in tetrachloromethane the solution has a special absorption in UV rigion and the main absorptive wavelength is 256~259nm. This method has good linearity, high accuracy and is easy to be operated.
