| 摘 要： | 窑烟尘监测的关键问题是确定采样时间段,由于倒焰窑的工艺和燃料变换复杂,只有对其工艺过程和现状的详细分析和掌握,才能选择正确的的采样时间,保证监测结果的可靠性。根据百余个工艺特殊变化的倒焰窑的实际监测结果,本文提供了倒焰窑的最佳监测时段。

| Abstract: | The most difficult task for kiln monitoring is to confirm the sample adopt time. Since reverse flame kiln belong to that kind of which craft and fuel various complicatedly. it is not able to choose the correct adopt time without careful analysis and judge, that will cause the result deviation. According to more than 100 examples of actual monitor results on reverse flame kiln, and aim at the spetial change of its craft, this article suggest a best monitoring time for reverse flame kiln. |
