摘    要:重金属残留是当前重点关注的难降解持久性污染物,建立重金属的现场速测方法是重金属残留含量分析中急需解决的研究内容。酶联免疫吸附法是将免疫学技术应用于重金属残留含量速测的新技术,其对于提升重金属残留含量检测的技术水平具有重要意义。本文对检测重金属残留的酶联免疫吸附法进行了文献整理,对近期重金属残留酶联免疫吸附检测技术的研究进展进行了一定的阐述,以期为相关研究工作提供一定参考。

Abstract:Heavy metal residues that cause much current focus are one kind of permanent pollutants and inherently hard to degrade. An online rapid test methods about heavy metals need to be addressed urgently in residual heavy metals content analysis studies. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a new technique that applies immunological technology to the detection and analysis of the heavy metal residues. It has great impact on the intprovement of heavy metal residues detection technologies. In this paper, we summarized the mainly scientific papers related with using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology for heavy metal residues detection and elucidated the recent development of this advanced technology for the purpose of facihtating further related work.
