气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法同时测定五味子中117种农药残留量

本文采用气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)技术建立了五味子中117种农药残留同时检测的方法。样品经乙腈-乙酸乙酯(70:30,v/v)超声提取,凝胶渗透色谱技术(GPC)为净化手段,多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,内标法定量。五味子样品中117种农药的最低定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)为0.005～0.2mg/kg。在0.01～5.0μg/mL的浓度范围内,各农药相关系数均大于0.993,每种农药在五味子基质中,添加0.005～0.2mg/kg范围内(n=5),回收率为62.1%～122.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%～17.8%。

Multi residue Simultaneous determination study of 117 Pesticides in Schisandra chinensis by Gas Chromatography-tandem mass Spectrometry

This experiment established a multi residue simultaneous determination method of 117 Pesticides by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry （ GC-MS/MS ） in Schisandra chinensis. Samples with acetonitrile -ethyl acetate （70：30, v/v）homogeneous extraction, GPC method for purifying method for determination,multiple reaction monitoring mode （MRM）, internal standard method for quantitative. The LOQ （ LOQ, S / N = 10 ） of 117 pesticides in Sehisandra chinensis is 0.005 - 0.2mg / kg. In the linear range （0.01 - 5.0 ix g/mL） of each pesticide, the linearity of all the pesticide had correlation coefficient greater than 0.993. Every kinds of pesticide in Schisandra chinensis, the addition of 0.005 -0.2mg / kg range （ n = 5 ）, the corresponding recoveries were 62.1% - 122.8%, the relative standard deviations （RSD） were 3.1% - 17.8%.
