摘    要:本文建立了一种超高效液相色谱快速测定白菜中啶虫脒农药残留的方法。以乙腈提取,氨基柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱仪对待测组份进行了分离和测定,检测波长245nm,HSST3柱(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm),以甲醇-水梯度洗脱作为流动相,啶虫脒在0.05~1.00mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999),该方法添加回收率范围为75.2%~95.7%,RSD值为2.3%~3.0%,能够满足啶虫脒在白菜中残留分析的要求。

Abstract:A method for the determination of acetamiprid residues in cabbage by ultra performance liquid chromatography was developed. Cabbage samples were extracted by acetonitrile, the extract was then cleaned up with amido cartridge. The analysis was carried out by using Acquity HSS T3 column (2.1 mm×100mm, 1.7μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water gradient system. Acetamiprid was detected at 245 nm. A good linearity in the range of 0.05~1.00 mg/L for sample solution(r=0.999) was obtained. The recoveries ranged from75.2% to 95.7%, with relative standard deviations from 2.3% to 3.0%. This method accorded with the standard of acetamiprid residues analysis in cabbage.
