摘    要:本文以茶叶中较普遍存在的含氰根的拟除虫菊酯为研究对象,茶叶中含氰根的拟除虫菊酯农药经碱解后产生氰化物,加入强酸后生成氢氰酸,采用通入氮气将氢氰酸导入吸收液中显色,然后在545nm处用分光光度计测定,该方法检出限为0.4μg/g,RSD小于6%,回收率为73%~128%。该方法具有简便、快速和低成本,从而实现基层实验室和产地现场对茶叶中该类农药残留的快速筛查。

Abstract:Containing cyanogen of pyrethroid pesticides residues are the research object of this paper. Containing cyanogen of pyrethroid pesticides in the saalple are decomposed to cyanidel by alkali.,then adding strong acid to s.mple creates hydrcocyanic acid .Hydrocyanic acid is carried by nitrogen to the absorption color solution. It is detected by eolorimetrie assay. The detection limit was 0.4μg/g, the RSD was not more than 6% and the recovery rate was 73% - 128%. The method is credible, simple, rapid and low-cost, and is accepting to rapid detection of containing cyanogen of pyrethroid pesticides residues in tea.
