气相色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中五种菊酯类农药残留量

摘    要:以正己烷为萃取剂,采用毛细管气相色谱法同时测定生活饮用水及水源水中甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯和联苯菊酯五种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.4%~2.0%。回收率为81.5%~93.0%。通过实样分析验证了方法的适用性。

Abstract:The analytical method for five pesticide residues of pyrethroid,such as Fenpropathrin,Cypermethrin. Fenvalerate,Deltamethrin and Bifenthrin in potable water and source water determination by Capillary Gas Chroma- tography at the same time,with n-hexane for extracting agent.RSD's of these pesticides found by the precision test were in the rang from 1.4% to 2.0%.Recoveries found by standard addition method were in the rang of 81.5% to 93.0%.The feasibility of this method was proved by the analysis of some water samples.
