摘    要:介绍了加拿大诺兰达公司布朗士威克矿一次卸压大爆破的概况。大爆破之前 ,对不同条件下的爆破进行了模拟试验 ,以便为大爆破设计提供必要的数据。此外 ,还进行了高精度电子雷管的检验性试验和测振试验。测振结果的分析表明 ,电子雷管的起爆时间十分准确 ,对于 6s以上的长延期时间 ,误差仅为 5ms左右。这就是说 ,精度已由普通非电导爆管雷管的百分之五 ,提高到电子雷管的千分之一。此次爆破共消耗电子雷管 15 0 0发、散装乳化炸药 3 5 0t ,落矿约 3 6万t。

Abstract:The general situation of a large scale destress mass blast in Brunswick Mine of Noranda Inc was introduced Before the mass blast,computer simulation for the blasts under various conditions was carried out so as to provide the data necessary to design of the mass blast In addition,vibration monitoring was conducted in 3 preparation blasts to check the delay accuracy of the electronic detonators.Testing results show that the initiating timing of the electronic detonators is very accurate and has an error up to about 5ms for long delays of 6 seconds That is to say,the accuracy has been increased from 5 per cent with conventional non electric detonators to one per mille for electronic detonators The mass blast consumed over 1500 electronic detonators and 350 tonnes of bulk emulsion to break some 360000 tonnes of ore.
