临水介质条件下航道拓宽爆破实践

摘    要:介绍了临水介质条件下某航道拓宽爆破的实例。为确保边坡的平整、稳定,采用预裂爆破;为保证工程进度,采用中深孔逐孔延时一次成形爆破技术。设计时通过选取合理爆破参数、严格控制单段最大起爆药量,有效地避免了爆破振动及飞石的危害,实现了施工有序、快速、安全的目标。通过爆破效果分析与施工体会,为类似爆破工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The paper introduced a practical example of blasting to channel broadening under facing-water medium condition. To maintain the smoothness and stability of the slope,presplitting blasting was adopted,and in hope to meet the requiremet of construction schedule,simultaneous forming technology of hole-hole millisecond delay detonating network along with medium-deep hole blasting was adopted. The design,through selecting reasonable blasting parameters and strictly controlling the maximum charge per delay interval,avoided effectively the harm from blasting vibration and flying rocks. The construction went smoothly,speedy and safely. In addition,the paper also analyzed the blasting effect,summarized some experience valuable to similar blasting engineering.
