摘    要:为爆破拆除复杂环境下内部结构复杂、风道距外地面距离较高的3座烟囱,对待爆区域内衬预留受力支柱进行预处理,从烟囱底部搭设专业钢管架,拆除预处理部分的内衬,并在预留的受力支柱上布置炮孔,3座烟囱的内衬均未发生垮塌等危险情况。在烟囱外部装药部分覆盖炮被,焦化生产线附近开挖减振沟,并结合定向爆破技术顺利完成了3座烟囱的爆破拆除。3座烟囱均按照设计倾倒方向倒塌并且成功避免了两烟囱在空中发生碰撞,爆破振动、飞石、烟尘、烟囱的前冲以及后坐等情况均控制在设计范围内,达到了预期的爆破效果,可为今后类似的拆除爆破工程提供参考。

Abstract:For the blasting demolition of three chimneys under complex environment,with complicated internal structure and the air flue is at a higher distance from the ground surface,the explosive area of lining weighted pillars were pretreated.Professional steel frame were erected from the bottom of the chimney to remove the pretreatment part of the lining,and the blastholes were arranged in the reserved pillars.Three chimneys lining were not in dangerous situations.Cotton quilt covered the charge part of the chimney outside and the buffering trench near the coking production line was excavated,combined with directional blasting technology,three chimneys' blasting demolition completed successfully.Three chimneys collapsed in accordance with the design direction and avoided collision between the two chimneys in the air.Blasting vibration,flying socks,smoke,moving-up and backward collapse were all controlled in the design range.The desired blasting effect was achieved,which can provide a reference for similar demolition blasting projects in the future.
