大规模岩土爆破工程施工技术

摘    要:针对大规模、高强度岩土爆破工程难度大的特点,以舟山绿色石化基地8000万方岩土爆破工程为背景,通过采用等边三角形布孔斜线起爆网路、径向耦合-不耦合装药轴向孔底空气间隔定向卸压爆破装药技术、预留孔底保护层缓冲爆破等施工关键技术,提高了岩石破碎效果,大块率降低了10%~30%,爆破振速降低了15%~25%,同时也有效地保护了边坡和建基面岩体,对类似大规模岩土爆破工程的施工有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the difficulty of large-scale and high-strength rock blasting engineering,taking the 80 million cubic meters rock and soil blasting engineering of Zhoushan green petrochemical base as the background,the key construction technologies such as equilateral triangle hole layout oblique line initiation technology,radial coupling uncoupled charging axial hole bottom air interval directional relief blasting technology,reserved hole bottom protective layer buffer blasting technology are adopted to improve the rock breaking.The crushing effect is improved and the boulder ratio is reduced by 10%~30%,and the blasting velocity is reduced by 15%~25%,at the same time,it can effectively protect the slope and the foundation rock mass,which has certain guiding significance for similar large-scale rock blasting engineering construction.
