螺杆真空泵单头等螺距内凹转子型线研究

摘    要:基于螺杆啮合原理,通过数学推导,得到单头等螺距梯形内凹型线的完整型线方程,包括齿面方程、端面截形以及轴向截形.给出了面积利用系数公式以及理论抽速公式,讨论了型线中各参数对干式螺杆真空泵的性能的影响.最后运用Solidworks软件建模,通过模拟啮合,验证了型线方程的正确性一拥有完整的啮合线,且啮合运转过程中不会发生齿面干涉.

Abstract:Through mathematical derivation with the screw engagement theory,the complete equations of the rotor profile with single thread,fixed pitch screws,trapezium and concave tooth surface were given,including the axial section profile,end face profile and the tooth surface equation.The formulas of area utilization coefficient and theoretical pumping speed were also given to discuss the effects of each parameter on the performance of dry scew vacuum pump.Finally through the simulation of meshing process by Solidw...
