油封式旋片真空砂在恶劣介质环境中的应用

油封式旋片真空泵是真空技术中最基本的真空获得设备之一，应用面广而量大。但其在恶劣介质环境中（如含大量可凝气体、可凝结介质、灰尘，频繁大气起动及经常工作于高压强状态等）中使用，则因为油路易堵塞、油性能快速下降、被污染的油返入泵腔或排气阀易损坏而造成泵油浪费、砂性能下降甚至泵损坏，本文介绍了通过改进后的油循环结构及排气阀结构的油封旋片式真空泵，使其广泛应用于恶劣介质环境而保持长期性能稳定。

Application of Oil-sealed Sliding Vane Vacuum Pump in Environment of Badness-bedium

The oil sealed sliding vane vacuum pump is one of basic vacuum production equipments, wide application and more requirement. But it is used in badness medium (such as much condensability vapour, a lot of dust, air start repeatedly, constantly in high presure range etc.), and the pump oil quality will be failed quickly, polluted oil backed into pump room, oil way cloged easily. So that the performance of the pump may be decreased, discharge valve damanged and pump oil wasted. In the paper, discussed keeping the pump working steadily in adverse circumstance via improving oil circulating and exhaust structure of oil -sealed sliding vane vacuum pump.
