行波管多级降压收集极设计方法的研究

摘    要:采用多级降压收集极回收经过互作用后的电子注的剩余能量是提高行波管效率的有效途径之一。效率与电子回流是多级降压收集极的两个非常重要的指标。多级降压收集极的设计离不开计算机辅助设计软件,对收集极进行精心的电子光学设计,可以改善二次电子发射对效率及回流的影响。通过定性地分析收集极与整管效率的关系、废电子注特性、磁再聚焦区的构造及二次电子发射规律,为收集极的设计提供了参考方法。

Abstract:Using multistage depressed collector to recover the residual energy of spent beam is one of the effective ways to improve traveling-wave tube's efficiency.Efficiency and backflow current are the two most important criteria of multistage depressed collector.CAD software is absolutely necessary for the design of multistage depressed collector.The influence of secondary electron emission on efficiency and backflow can be improved through an elaborate electron optics design.The relationship between collector efficiency and overall efficency,the configuration of refocusing area and the rule of secondary electron emission are all discussed quantitativaly,thus providing a reference for design of multistage depressed collector.
