多级串联密封系统泄漏仿真与实验研究

摘    要:建立了多级串联密封系统的数学模型,通过理论分析和数值计算,揭示了多级串联密封结构正压泄漏的漏率、漏量与泄漏时间关系的一般规律.给出了三级密封系统泄漏的仿真计算实例.通过三级串联密封泄漏实验验证了多级串联密封泄漏理论的正确性.该泄漏规律可用于多级串联密封结构系统的设计、检漏和泄漏安全评估.

Abstract:Mathematical models have been successfully developed to numerically simulate leakage of the multi-level series seal.In the leakage simulation of 3-level series seal,the relationship between the leakage rate,leak quantity,and time was evaluated.In this case,the simulated and the experimental results agree fairly well,showing the simulation works.The rules derived from the simulation may work well in design of multi-level series seal,leak detection and safety evaluation of high pressure tanks.
