| 摘 要： | 对现有场发射压力传感器的各种结构形式和研究现状进行了综合比较 ;从压力测量范围、阴极发射电流强度及阴阳极对准键合等方面分析传感器的改进途径 ;讨论了在阴极发射体阵列上淀积纳米硅薄膜 ,提高器件灵敏度的设想。

| Abstract: | The latest progress of field emission sensors was reviewed.Various research aspects of the sensor development,inclu ding structural forms,pressure detection ranges,emission current intensities,and the alignment and bonding of anodes and cathodes,were analyzed.Possible improvement was also discussed.We propose that the cathode emitter arrays covered with nano crystalline silicon film may considerably enhance the sensitivity of the sensor. |
