摘    要:用XRD分析了微波合成方法制备的混合导体氧化物SrFeCo0.5Oy相结构的变化。用矩形谐振腔微扰法测量了在SrFeC0.5Oy的合成过程中材料的微波介电损耗变化,研究了温度及保温时间对材料微波介电损耗的影响,结果表明,SrFeCo0.5Oy的相结构与含量的变化影响材料的微波介电损耗。讨论了用微波合成法制备出纯SrFeCo0.5Oy相材料的原因。

Abstract:The dielectric loss during preparing processes of the SrFeCo0.5Oy prepared by the microwave heat was measured by rectangular cavity perturbation method. The dielectric losses was investigated under the condition of different temperature and different keeping time, the samples were characterized by XRD. The results show that the dielectric losses were influenced by the change of phase in the samples. The relationship among the phases in the samples prepared by microwave heate was also discussed.
