摘    要:用Ni(OH)2浆流水热氢还原法制备了纳米金属镍粉,通过对不同反应阶段样品性质的分析,研究了反应机制,结果表明,在酸性条件下,通过复盐离解出的镍离子在溶液中与氢发生反应,在碱性条件下,Ni(OH)2固体颗粒直接与活性氢发生反应。

Abstract:The nickel powder samples obtained at different reaction steps of the hydrogen reduction of Ni(OH)2 slurries were examined by XRD, TEM, SEM and other methods. The obvious differences between samplings from acidic medium with pH~3 and alkaline medium with pH>12 were observed. The mechanism of hydrogen reduction of Ni(OH)2 slurry with pH<3 was proved to be a reduction of Ni2+ ions dissociated from basic nickel sulfates like Ni(SO4)0.3.(OH)1.4 but for Ni(OH)2 slurry with pH>12 the mechanism was confirmed to be a heterogenous reaction of Ni(OH)2 solid particles and activated hydrogen occurred at the surface of Ni(OH)2.
