机械化学反应法制备纳米晶TaC和TaSi2

摘    要:采用XRD,TEM和SEM研究了用机械化学反应法制备金属间化合物TaC和TaSi2时的结构演变,结果表明:TaC和TaSi2是通过互扩散由元素直接反应合成的,高能球磨引入的高密度缺陷和纳米界面大大促进了这一反应过程。

Abstract:The structural evolution of nanocrystalline intermetallic compounds TaC and TaSi2formed by mechanochemical reaction was studied by XRD, TEM and SEM. Results show that TaC and TaSi2were directly synthesized from elements through interdiffusion process. The high density of defects and interfaces of nanocrystallites induced by high energy ball milling would surely promote the reaction process.Correspondent: DONG Yuanda, Department of Material Science and Engineering, Shanghai University of Technology,Shanghai 200072
