超薄Ti膜吸收率的尺寸效应

摘    要:研究了超薄Ti膜吸收率和直流电导率与薄膜厚度的关系,结果表明,超薄Ti膜的吸收率具有尺寸效应,并具有极大值,其结构特征变化是导致吸收率尺寸效应的重要原因。

Abstract:The relationship between absorptance and thickness of ultra-thin titanium film in visible, IR region were investigated, results showed that the absorptance of the metal films had size effect. The reflectance of them increased and the transmittance decreased with increasing of thickniss of ultra-thin titanium films. The reflectance and transmittance kept fixed values when the thickness of films was over 30nm. In visible region, the maximum of absorptance appeared at about 18nm of thickness of ultra-thin films.In infrared region, the absorptance roof appeared at about 10-20nm of thickness of ultra-thin films. The size effect of the absorptance can be attributed to the unique structure feature of ultra-thin titanium films.
