紫外光原位固化纳米复合材料制备的优化设计

摘    要:用正交试验法优化了紫外光原位固化制备纳米复合材料过程中分散时间、活性单体之间的比例、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂含量和纳米SiO2含量之间的配比。试验结果表明,优化制备的纳米SiO2/环氧丙烯酸酯树脂复合材料的力学性能、收缩率、光学性能均有较大的提高,纳米SiO2在基体中得到比较均匀的分散。

Abstract:Preparing process of UV cured nanocomposites was optimized by orthogonal design. The effect factors, such as dispersion time, active monomer proportion, weight percent of epoxyacrylate oligomer and nanosilica were discussed. Experimental results showed that mechanical performance shvinkage ratio and optical performance of nanocomposites were improved by orthogonal optimization design, and nanosilica were dispersed uniformly.
