摘    要:研究了以甲醛为还原剂的空心玻璃微球表面化学镀银工艺,探讨了微球预处理、反应速度、微球装载量、pH值及加料方式等因素对镀覆结果的影响,采用显微分析、X射线衍射等分析方法对样品进行了分析和比较.结果表明,控制微球装载量、缓慢滴加银液、适当降低反应温度可以减缓镀覆速率,能得到镀层均匀致密、结合牢固、体积电阻小的镀银空心玻璃微球.

Abstract:Formaldehyde was used as the reducing agent to prepare silver coating on hollow glass microspheres via electroless plating.The effects of various factors including pretreatment,reaction speed,loadage of glass microspheres,pH value of the bath,and the feeding mode of silver ammonia solution on the effectiveness of silver-plating process were investigated,based on morphology and phase composition analyses of the coatings using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.As the results,it was imperative to properly control the loadage of the glass microspheres,the dripping rate of the silver ammonia solution,and the reaction temperature so as to rationally reduce the plating rate.It was suggested to slowly feed the silver ammonia solution and mildly decrease the reaction temperature,which could be critical to the formation of uniform and compact silver coating with good bonding strength to the sucstrate and small volume resistance.
