无氰硫代硫酸盐镀银液稳定性检测分析

摘    要:无氰硫代硫酸盐镀银液的稳定性对其生产应用影响很大。采用陈化和连续镀试验测试了无氰硫代硫酸盐镀银液的稳定性,并从理论上分析了镀液不稳定的原因,提出了有效维持镀液稳定的方法。结果表明:镀液在低温避光环境中可长期保存;及时补充镀液中硫代硫酸盐和焦亚硫酸钾的含量,连续镀15 d后镀液仍澄清,无黑色沉淀。

Abstract:The stability of the thiosulfate plating solution for cyanide-free Ag electroplating was monitored by conducting aging test and continuous plating test.The causes leading to instability of the plating solution were analyzed,and the method to effectively maintain the stability of the plating bath was established.It was found that the cyanide-free thiosulfate Ag electroplating solution could be well stored in a long run while being kept without light at low temperature.The solution was still clear after plati...
