水性丙烯酸酯涂料改性的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了环氧树脂改性水性丙烯酸涂料、有机氟改性水性丙烯酸涂料、聚氨酯改性水性丙烯酸涂料、有机硅改性水性丙烯酸涂料及外加纳米助剂改性水性丙烯酸涂料的研究进展,经过改性水性丙烯酸树脂涂料能够获得优良的综合性能,提高了水性丙烯酸树脂涂料的使用性能,扩大了水性丙烯酸树脂涂料的推广应用范围。提出了当前水性丙烯酸改性研究存在的难题,指出将来水性丙烯酸涂料的研究应朝着多功能、高性能、多样化和绿色化方向发展。

Abstract:Research progresses of epoxy-modified waterborne acrylic coating,fluorine-modified waterborne acrylic coating,urethane-modified waterborne acrylic coating,silicone-modified waterborn and modified waterborne acrylic coating with nano additives were introduced.Through these modification methods,the waterborne acrylic resin coating could obtain excellent comprehensive performance,so as to improve the service performance of waterborne acrylic resin coating and expand the application range of waterborne acrylic coatings.The problems existing in the study of modification of waterborne acrylic acid were presented.In the future,the research on waterborne acrylic coatings would be focused on multi-function,high-performance,diversification and greenization.
