苯并三氮唑和8-羟基喹啉对铜缓蚀作用的研究

摘    要:通过采用失重法、电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了3%NaCl溶液中苯并三氮唑(BTA)和8-羟基喹啉(HQ)的缓蚀协同作用。BTA和HQ复配使用后增强了对铜的阳极极化过程的抑制作用,提高了电极的膜电阻,降低了电极的膜电容。通过PPP-SCF量子化学方法优化分析了BTA和HQ的分子结构及其缓蚀协同效应。

Abstract:The synergistic effects of benzotriazole (BTA) and 8\|hydroxyquinoline (HQ) as corrosion inhibitor for copper were investigated in 3% NaCl solution by weight\|loss tests and electrochemical methods as potentiodynamic polarization and impedance spectroscope. Combined action of BTA and HQ had increased the resistance to anodic polarization of copper. Increase of film resistance and decrease of film capacitance made better protection for copper. The molecular structure parameters of BTA and HQ were obtained via MM2 force field program and PPP\|SCF quantum chemical calculation. The synergistic effect was attributed to the formation of a continuous compact protective layer.
