| 摘 要： | 为了研制桥梁长效防蚀耐候用涂料,选择出一种性能优异的含氟树脂为主要成膜物,制成具有自清洁作用的桥梁用涂料.检测了该涂料的耐蚀、耐候性能,初步探讨了涂层因高度疏水而具有自清洁作用的机理.试验结果表明,研制出的涂料具有优异的长效耐候、耐蚀性能和自清洁功能,性价比高.

| Abstract: | Self-cleaning coating with for bridge was developed using fluoro-resin with excellent performances as film forming material.The corrosion and weathering resistance of the coating were tested, as well as its mechanism of self-cleaning effect for high hydrophobic was discusse Experimental results show that the developed coating has outstanding weathering, anticorrosive and self-cleaning properties with high cost performance ratio. |
