纳米金刚石复合镀铬工艺及镀层性能研究

摘    要:纳米金刚石复合镀铬能获得耐磨性和硬度都很好的镀层,通过研究确定了纳米金刚石镀铬工艺最佳工艺参数,并对该工艺下所获镀层微观形貌进行了分析,对镀层摩擦力矩进行了测试,同时用镀覆钻头进行了钻孔对比试验.结果表明,所获复合镀层中含有粒度不均的纳米金刚石粒子,镀层摩擦力矩有了明显下降,钻孔速度提高,并探讨了镀层沉积机理.

Abstract:Nanoscale diamond-chromium composite coating was prepared using composite electroplating. The morphology of the resulting composite coating was observed, while its friction moment was measured. Moreover, the composite diamond-Cr coating was applied to a drilling bit for a comparative investigation, and the deposition mechanisms of the composite coating were discussed. It was found that the electroplated diamond-Cr composite coating had a high hardness and good wear resistance. Moreover, the nanoscale diamond particulates of a non-uniform grit size in the composite coating contributed to decreasing the friction moment and increasing the hole-drilling rate of the bit coated with the composite coating.
