| 摘 要： | 热镀锌用大直径工艺辊表面涂层易被锌渣压溃,从而划伤带钢表面.由于尺寸原因,目前国内无法对其表面进行淬火.采用表面堆焊硬质材料后再喷涂制备复合涂层可解决这一问题.确定了堆焊材料和焊接工艺,并进行了大直径工艺辊的实物制作,分析了制作过程中存在的问题,指出了今后技术改进的方向.

| Abstract: | Composite coating, as a substitution of traditional induction hardening on the surface of medium carbon steel, was prepared onthe surface of the low carbon steel process roll with a big-diameter on the production line for hot-dip galvanizing by making use of overlay welding and spraying of hardalloy materials.
