摘    要:纳米材料在表面处理领域应用广泛,但在磷化工艺中的应用尚处于起步阶段。选用小分子量的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A151)对纳米SiO_2进行表面改性处理,改善其在溶液中的分散性,将改性纳米SiO_2加入预先配制的基础磷化液中,在镀锌钢板表面制备出复合改性纳米SiO_2的无镍晶态磷化膜。通过电化学测试、中性盐雾试验、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了改性纳米SiO_2对磷化膜层性能的影响。结果表明:乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改性纳米SiO_2分散性良好,在磷化液中加入改性后的纳米SiO_2可以较大地提升磷化膜层的耐蚀性,从而提高纳米材料在汽车制造工业中的应用效果。

Abstract:Surface modified nano-SiO2 was obtained by using vinyl triethoxy silane (A151) with low molecular weight,for improving the dispersion of nano-SiO2.The modified nano-SiO2 was added into the pre-configured phosphating solution,and the non-nickel crystalline phosphating film with composite modified nano-SiO2 was prepared on the surface of galvanized steel sheet.The electrochemical test,neutral salt spray test,scanning electron microscope analysis,and X-ray diff action were used to study the influence of modified nano-SiO2 on the peeformance of phosphating film.Results showed that the nano-SiO2 modified with vinyl triethoxy silane possessed good dispersibility,and the addition of modified nano-SiO2 in the phosphating solution could greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the phosphating film,which could enhance application effect of nano-materials in the automobile manufacturing industry.
