| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验法确定了烟酸无氰脉冲镀银的工艺条件,分析比较了双脉冲、单脉冲及直流镀银层的沉积速率、外观质量、抗变色能力及表面形貌.结果表明:双脉冲镀银层的XRD衍射峰沿(220)面择优取向程度最强,获得的镀银层更加光亮、结晶细致,抗变色性能最好;直流、单脉冲、双脉冲镀层的银晶均为立方晶系.

| Abstract: | Orthogonal tests were carried out to deter-mine the technical parameters for cyanide-free pulse reverse elec-troplating of silver in a nicotinic acid bath. The depositing rate, appearance quality, anti-tarnishing behavior and morphology of the Ag coatings prepared by using direct current, pulse and pulse reverse plating were comparatively analyzed.
