螺纹钢水基防锈剂的制备及性能

摘    要:目前建筑用螺纹钢普遍存在易生锈的问题,而普通水基防锈剂严重污染环境,防锈油又会影响螺纹钢与混凝土的握裹力。自制了一种环保型水基防锈剂对螺纹钢进行防腐蚀保护,利用中性盐雾试验、Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱研究了该防锈剂在螺纹钢表面成膜后的耐蚀性,同时进行露天耐候试验,研究该防锈剂的实际应用效果,并将自制防锈剂的防锈性能与2种市售防锈剂进行了对比。结果表明:自制的防锈剂能显著提高螺纹钢的耐腐蚀电位,降低其腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速度,缓蚀保护效率达到99.8%;经自制防锈剂保护的螺纹钢在5%NaCl溶液中浸泡96 h后仍具有较大的极化阻抗值,大气暴露防锈期超过2个月。

Abstract:An environmentally acceptable water-based rust inhibitor applicable to twisted steel was prepared.The corrosion resistance of the coating made of the water-based rust inhibitor on steel surface was evaluated using neutral salt-spray test and outdoor weathering test as well as measurements of Tafel polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectrum.Besides,the anti-corrosion effectiveness of the rust inhibitor was also evaluated and compared with that of two commercial rust inhibitors.It was found that as-prepared rust inhibitor was able to significantly increase the corrosion potential and reduce the corrosion current and corrosion rate of the twisted steel,with the inhibition-protection efficiency being as much as 99.8%.Moreover,the twisted steel protected by the rust inhibitor retained a high polarization resistance after being immersed in 5% NaCl solution for 96 h,and it was endurable against outdoor exposure for more than 2 months.
