铝合金铬酸阳极氧化膜的低铬封孔工艺研究

摘    要:通过封孔试验、盐雾试验、膜层连续性试验和油漆附着力试验,研究了铝合金封孔溶液在不同工艺条件下对铬酸阳极化膜层性能的影响,提出了一种低铬、高耐蚀的铝阳极氧化膜封孔工艺,采用该低铬新工艺的铝铬酸阳极化膜层性能不低于传统的高铬封孔.

Abstract:By means of salt spray test, paint adhesion test, sealing quality and continuity examination, the effects of different process parameters in sealing solution on the coating performance ano dized by chromic acid were investigated, and the sealing technol ogy with low chromate content and excellent corrosion resistance was suggested. Results show that the performance of anodized film using new technology is not lower than that in the traditional solution with high chromate concentration.
