摘    要:钢铁在酸洗过程中易腐蚀,加入缓蚀剂可以提高其耐蚀性,而采用多种表面活性剂复配缓蚀剂用于20碳钢缓蚀的研究报道较少.采用失重法和电化学方法测定了盐酸介质中5种表面活性剂(乳化剂OP,乳化剂OP-10,K_(12),吐温-20,吐温-60)单独及复配使用对20碳钢的缓蚀作用,研究了温度、表面活性剂及盐酸浓度对缓蚀性能的影响.结果表明,盐酸介质中5种表面活性剂对20碳钢均有缓蚀作用,其中,乳化剂OP的缓蚀性能较优,与其他4种表面活性剂复配具有很好的协同作用,复配缓蚀效果优于多种缓蚀剂单独使用的效果.

Abstract:The inhibiting performanceof five kinds of surfactants (emulsifier OP, emulsifier OP-10,K12, Tween-20 and Tween-60) for 20 carbon steel in hydrochlo-ric acidic solution was studied by using weight loss test and elec-trochemical measurements. The effects of temperature and surfac-tant concentration on the inhibiting performance were investiga-ted.
